Keep the stock 20"s or go to an 18" with more sidewall?
That would be a perfect size on a leveled fitty..To bad the tread is ugly!
I was temping to get a set of nitto grapplers for my 20's even tho my 20's carry the same specs as the stock wheels. I personally like a offset which pulls the tires alittle bit outside of the well. I found some of the 305/55/20's for around a 1000 bucks. Then did alittle searching and a rim shop about 100 miles from me, had a deal going with a set of grapplers 33/12.50/18 mounted on a set of moto metal 18's for 1200.00 brand new. I don't think I could pass a deal like that up only reason I did was because I just don't need new tires now.
only if it causes the failure. in which they have to prove a leveling kit caused it.
The UPS guy rolled up my new wheels about 2 hours ago. I went with 18"s. I don't want to do any suspension work to the truck at all. I needed new tires because the factory Perellis needed to be replaced....but a good AT tire for 20"s is $200-$350....then add shipping and then have them mounted and balanced, you're talking like $975-$1100 just for rubber! I bought my wheels and tires mounted, balanced and shipped for $1350.
