What would you offer?

Well now I have to replace my '04 crew cab since it was totaled. I've been looking and can't find what I want. Well the local dealer just got in on a trade an '08 Limited with 9,000 on the clock. They are asking $27K. What would you offer?

That's what I was thinking. It's not all tan. It's tan with grey inserts. Plus they'd have to change out the headrests as the ones on it have the former family members names stitched in them.

Because I hate the new front end on the '09s.

I would offer 20-22. If they want to sell it bad enough they will. Good luck!

I'd offer $5 and go from there.

Id low ball it, man you got a blank slate let them know that. You could get anything you wanted, some dealerships just dont care to make deals on stuff. Its those dealerships who fail.

I've been looking and can't find what I want.
I personally think its too much and I believe if you search around (get away from McMinnville) you'll find the new 08s cheaper with the rebates. I spent 3 wks to a month in Mcminnville last year because they had the closest hotels. I was working in Coalmont about an hour south of Mcminnville.

I think you should keep looking until you find what you want. THIS is the market ot be car shopping.

I've been looking all over the state as well as KY, AL, GA, OH, MS, and FL. That truck isn't in McMinnville either. That dealer is an *** and has nothing anyway.
