flares

Hey yall, im getting pocket flares and i was wondering what do yall think is a fair price to paint them?

thats not to bad. the few places i have priced out have been over 300.

they arent fun to paint, I paid 160 but that was because my dad had 3200 worth of body work done on his truck and my bros truck and they kinda threw it in since he kept them busy for a couple weeks

fx4 4 life, those flares i have on, i was charged $150 for all 4 painted.

they have to mix some compound in with the paint that makes it flexible so the paint doesn't crack off.

just a FYI, i had to contour the front flares to stop rubbing (the inside back part, where it makes a corner, my rims liked that part) . maybe you would want to do the same before paint, just a suggestion. but i don't think your running x10 wide

x2 goood call, had the same issue, rubbed right on that corner, now its all black there

like at the bottom of the wheel well, can u snap a pic of yours?

Ok so you just trimmed it up where the tires made contact. Do they stick out real far compared to stock in that area?

well see where the black piece is under the flare? it comes out to the end of there and then go up and makes a corner sorta, its hard to explain. but it rubbed them like a mother, well on my setup it did anyway
