Removing rear seat bracket?

Have a 2005 FX4 Supercab, got the back part of the seat of easily with help from the threads. Haven't been able to search and find someone who has successfully taken out the bracket for the bottom portion of the seat yet. I understand the 3 nuts on the drivers side portion are easy but what do I need to get the passenger side bolt out. It does go down through the frame so i'm a little iffy on taking it out but it is going right back in after the bracket is removed. The reasoning behind this whole thing is that I have 2 German shepherds that are the only ones that ride back there, ya ya i know, in my truck but there my babies, lol! Thank you for any help!!!!

The bolt on the pass side is a body bolt. It goes all the way thru to the frame and is about 10" long or so. As long as you don't move the truck while it's out, you'll be ok. I hope you've got air tools, Ford put locktite on that bolt and it's a bitch to get out.
