power slider rattels

does anybody eles have this problem it is driveing me nuts could it be caused by my tool box ?

seems like it is the glass creeking in the seal on the fixed panels the center is queit thought maybe the center was causing it but even with the center open it still does it could it be the air getting pushed back against the glass due to the tool box

oh i thaught it was something in the tailgate.. someone should be able to help.

Let me know if you figure anything out..... mine is BADDDDDD!!!

Goes away when I wash the truck and leads to believe it is the window seal. The sliding window doesn't change anything if I play with it.

I've done a few searches and they are coming back with people having to have the whole window replaced! ugh!!!

I had mine replaced a few years ago (its a 2004) to fix this issue. It comes back... but if I bump the switch open/close it usually solves it for a week or two. I haven't gotten motivated enough to crawl back there and try to find out what will fix it.

I have a rattling that I thought was the window, but when I hold up on the headliner right behind the sunroof, the rattling stops. Are you sure it's the window?

yes i am sure it is the window no other noises from the interior i think i will explore this tomorrow i will start by removing the toolbox and seeing where this leads me

yeah i have the same squeaking.... but soon as i crack open the window it goes away.... no idea what it is

Mine does it a little, but not very often. If I open and close the slider it goes away.
