well look at how diverse we are! all we need is masa, meat,cheese and salsa and we can make:
tamales
enchiladas
tacos
sopes
tostadas
memelas
guaraches(not the footwear)
burritos( and by the way fokes, the burritos you buy here that are the size of your forearm are not authentic mexican food. A plate of burritos in mexico is 3 or 4 regular flour tortilla tacos, nachos are american too.)
and on and on.

dammit, this forum already makes me spend lots of money on my truck, now im craving Coronas too....
Its kinda funny how coronas here are a "premium" imported beer, but in mexico they are the keystones of beer. Victorias rock.
My favorites are Indio and Pacificos.
I love me some Indio made michelada style...
hmmmmmm. Im going to have to drive down to the border soon to get some now.
Ha that reminds me, we were down in Michuacan one summer, and my cousin from DF asks a waitress what a certain plate was. I forget the name, but she goes to describe it and says its rice with beans... etc.
And he says, oh sweet, we have this in Chilangolandia too, you know what we call it?
The girl says no
He says, We call it rice with beans lol.
