Broken Valence Trim

Hi guys. I just became the proud owner of an '04 FX4. I love it so far...

It came with a few minor issues though. For instance the trim on the bottom of the valence is broken in a few places. Anyone know where you can buy this, or what the part number is? I'm gonna go check the dealer, but figured if I could find the part and check online for a price it wouldn't hurt.

Thanks,

Geoff

You can get it at tascafordparts.com for $64. Haven't really checked anywhere else.

I got mine $56.90 at my Ford dealer. I broke mine once by crossing a creek, fixed it a month later, then broke it again in the woods hauling wood, said F it I can live with it. Hardly noticeable

That is just the start page. I've tried searching around on the site already. If it's under $100 at dealer, I'll just go get it from them.

Thanks though...

Nope, didn't work. Just go to that site and put your info into the "Body Parts" catalog. I couldn't find anything for the 2004, but I did for the 2007. Not sure if it will fit or not. One the list to the left, click onFront Bumper, then Bumper and Components, Valance Panel, and then you have the ones you can pick from. Hope that helps.

yeah you can get them from tasca for $45 or what ever it is , but shipping was $80 when i called to order it. so it was about $125 for a new valance which was way too much.

just go to your dealer and get one it wont be more than $70

Was $75 at my local dealership, so bought it. Now I gotta take off the valance to put it in. Sighh.. thought it would be easier to put on.
