fifth wheel hitch

does anyone know of some places that sell fifth wheel hitches for a decent price? just bought a 5th wheel and looking for the sliding type hitch.

Don't buy a new one.
Most trailer dealers have piles of them laying around used that they will sell for $50-100.

Mind you they will not be the latest and greatest slider that sells for $1500. But it should be a double pivot. It should also come with rails. The only additional you should needs is brackets for your truck frame. ($25??)

We sold over 50 last year and got $100 for the best ones.. most sold between $50-75. Check your local craigs list ads.

Lots of people try and sell used 5th wheel hitches for $3-500.
Get their name and number and call them after a month or so. They will sell it cheap when they never even get a call from anyone interested at their list price.

The only hitches demanding money right now are auto sliders.
