only buy the FORD Warranties.
buying anything other than a Ford ESP is asking to get ripped off. IMO, even if it's a difference of $200-300 dollars, the Ford ESP wins hands down.
You simply drop off the truck, repairs are made, you pay the deductible (if present) and drive away.
No phone calls, no fighting, no quibbling

Some one correct me if I'm wrong.
nope...especially when the warranty is not a Ford Warranty. The Dealership is a business and they have the right to refuse service to anyone.

They have good reason to avoid those warranties. I had a 94 F-150 held hostage for 2 weeks while my aftermarket warranty company refused to pay the bill. Eventually they did after lots of fighting and bill adjustment...but the Ford Dealers policy was that the bill would be paid in full before released...took forever

I gotta say

I bought a used '99 F150 that was just out of warranty back in 2001. I purchased the Ford extended warranty with $100 deductable. A few months later I took it in because the trans was slipping from 1st to 2nd. They claim they spent over $1000 in parts fixing the transmission. I can't argue because I don't know what they did. My beef with the warranty is the way your claim is processed. My alternator bearings were going out. I took it in for that. They charged me to diagnose the noise. Of course if they found a problem they would refund the fee and just charge me the deductable. They told me there wasn't anything wrong with the alternator. I argued, paid the fee then left empty handed. Three months later before I left on a 2000 mile trip, I replaced the alternator myself. You could spin the puley by hand and hear the bearings squeal. So what I am getting at is that the dealership holds the cards on whether they fix your truck or not. Unless it is completely broken, chances are they will send you packing. I had the engine knock at cold start up. They claimed they couldn't hear it. I had the oil leak at the head gasket. It was over a YEAR before they would fix it. After I got it back my A/C didn't work. They wouldn't even talk to me about it. I tried to use the warranty but the A/C wasn't covered. I am all about hiring the handicapped, but to staff your repair department with mechanics that are deaf, dumb and blind seems a little silly. I traded that truck with 130,000 miles on it in for new '08. Being the dumb-*** I am......................wait for it........I bought the extended warranty.

According to their web site, yes. They are a Ford Dealer and are selling Ford ESP warranties to Ford owners (again, according to their website).
