Got em on the truck. You can kind of see the tiny overspray run in the last pic and also the overkill on the silicone. Like it was going out of style ...

But the painting is not perfect, and I may be a in a 3 way deal with 'bankrpt' and 'thenewbreed' for some real HD headlights. 'bankrpt' gets my FX2 heads, 'thenewbreed' gets 'bankrpt's projectors, and I get 'thenewbreed's HDs.

look good man. and i dont know how old this post is but if you get the new headlights would you be willing to get rid of the ones you painted in this post? again sorry if this is an old post (new to the site) and im sounding like an idiot but if you were willing to get rid of them i would be interested

The ones from Headlight depot are the ones I got, I just went through 2 days of heavy, heavy rain and driving through it and i didnt get any fogging.

I didnt get to silicone mine up cause I had t get them in since I messed up my OEMs trying to paint them. I dont think I will silicone them. I figure if water or condensation was going to get in there , it would have in those monsoons and 3 in water.

yeah i bought mine for $140 and they said they were sealed and waterproof. then they fogged up so i knew they wereent sealed. so i let the water out(had to dill a hole to get the 2-3 tablespoons out of one, then let them sit in the sun and used a hairdryer to evaporate the rest and siliconed them. they are fine now except while they were out in the sun a small spider got in them so i have some webs in there but he didnt live long with no bugs getting in so its very little webbing. looks more like a faint glare unless you get really close
