Looking to get a little higher in the air :)

Hey guys,

First post on this website, so just wanted to say it's nice to be here. I've been looking at trucks for a while but decided to go with a 2006 Pontiac GTO with the 6-speed about a year ago. Since then I've wanted to get a motorcycle, and really need something to tow one with. What I'm looking at doing is either trading the Goat for a newer, probably 04-?, F150 that is lifted, nice wheels all the goods. Would anyone on here be interested, or would anyone be able to point me in the right direction? I live in Milwaukee, so I'd be up for driving and trading or whatever happens. Thanks for reading the post, and let me know if you guys can help me out!

Bob

I may be way off, but something about this post smells like BS to me.

Its not BS, I figured this would be a good site to learn more about 150's, and maybe be able to pick one up through you guys. I'm a member over at ls1gto.com, and I know how people get with only one post, so bear with me. I'm trying to learn more about em, and hopefully buy one soon.

Understood. On every forum I've ever been on there has been a problem with trolls who show up, post about all the crap they have, and then you never hear from them again. That's all man.

Oh for sure it's happened tons of times of ls1 too. I'm completely serious, and that's my GTO at Road America in Elkhart Lake, WI. Any suggestions on anywhere else I could look for one that's lifted and everything?

I don't know about where you're from, but down here we have several dealerships that install lifts, tires, wheels, etc..(even on used trucks) and then are able to put these parts on your warranty through their dealership. Maybe look into that? Sorry I'm not more help. Good luck.

Goat for one fiddy

I'd try your local craigslist in the auto section and also trade section. You're right to look here for a tricked f150 (lift, chips, etc.) though. Can't hurt. I'd mod the title - saying "GTO for F150" to get your point across better.

Or maybe shop on ebay, looking to work something out w/ a wholesaler-dealer. they'll want to still make $ of course, but maybe that might work. Or post the GTO on ebay for what $ you need on the truck (reserve) and offer up the option to trade in the ad.

I got a 2005 reg cab XLT 5.4 long bed 2 wheel drive with 20,000 miles on it with all the chrome and goodies! 2" level kit, Chrome Grille guard, custom tint, Roush supercharged, 4.10 gears, headers, dual exhaust, tow package, custom chip tunes by gyphron. It is in pristine condition and shines like a diamond! i would let it go for $20,000 i love this truck but need to upgrade to a 3/4 quarter ton or full. email me if this sounds like something you would be interested in. endzone_tweeter82@hotmail.com
