Should the stock nuts fit on the new ubolt that came with the blocks?

Also...do I need to get an alignment after installing rear blocks?

nope.
as for the nuts, i wouldn't reuse them, mine were nyloc nuts, one time use.

Well, I got it all in. Front 2" AS and rear Fabtech 2" blocks. Had to go to Ace Hardware to find the 9/16ths fine thread nuts and washers for the rear Ubolts. Going to get all aligned now. Will get pictures posted as soon as she gets a bath. Thanks for everyones help. The AS writeup was an awesome guide as well as the guys that answered my questions on the rear blocks. The truck look so much sweeter now!
