The shifter was a PITA but if you follow the how-to's on the site that other members have posted, it's not too bad. That's exactly how I installed it, followed FX4andHarley's write up.

That looks phenomenal dude, I really like the piano black, I cant do the flow thru swap on mine because of the floor shift 4x4 but that makes me want to paint the dash.

P.S: more gf pics?

for someone who hasn't taken apart their dash before, could it be done in 4 hours? problem is, my truck is my DD so i'd have to have it done over the weekend unless i took vacation.

That looks sweet man!
I have an FX4 with floor shift and love it. Fells more like a car an not a truck.

Thanks, yeah I wanted to upgrade to the FX4 or Lariat gauges but I'm having a problem with my dealership doing the reflash for me, they don't want to.

Rao11010-sanding sucks, there are some places I wish I would have spent more time on.

Big Slick-swapping the two dashes only took about 4 hours & it was my first dash swap. Now doing the actual shifter conversion took awhile, I did that before I did the dash swap.

Thanks for the compliments everyone

Thanks, yeah I'm not sold on the steering wheel either, but it looked really plain when I put it back together so I spiced it up. Probably will get a Lariat one eventually.
The leathers I got on eBay for a steal, they were take-offs from a new Lariat F150 that a dealership did a custom interior on. I think I got them for $175
