fabtech stearing stabalizer on a stock truck
I am running a 2in leveling kit and 35s and i'm looking at fitting a steering stabilizer to my truck. i know this has been done but what modifications are necessary.
they will fit, the shop that did my lift said they put them on pro comp lifts

It more than likely just "stiffens" up the feel of the truck. Doubt it works anything like a nice monotube setup on a live axle. Probably something like the DSS on the 3/4 & 1 Ton Dodge trucks.

are you saying its not worth the time/money?
how will it effect bump steer?
do you have proof of this? everything i read says 6in lift and 17x8in wheels with 5in backspacing
my wheels fit the bill, 17x8.5 w/ 5in bs
but i would like to hear/see proof of one on a stock/leveled truck

I know that a couple of members have put them on thier AS leveled trucks. I don't remeber seeing the members around here in a while though, I know that one of them traded his truck for a Ram SRT-10. If I remeber right everything fits, you just have to modify a mounting bracket to get the stabilizers to work on a leveled truck.
