Silver04f150...

i popped it open, but im not really sure what to clean..

this piece is clean(blue one)



now, the middle piece is what i think you meant, but its clean too.

do i have to open that part too, or is that as far as i go?

How do you go about cleaning the electronics/plugs ect? Are you using a can of compressed air ued use for cleaning out and off pc keyboards? I havent even bothered taking things apart for knowledge purposes..

well they looked clean so all i did was blow on it without getting saliva in there
but it still dont work

well your on the right track, you have to pop the switches off and take off the cover with a knife. pics:


I used a sharp knife to clean the corrosion off (those were black)
