Cabin Air Filter, Is it easy to replace?

I have a 2007 FX2 Sport Screw 5.4 V8 and I'm approaching 15K. In the manual it states to replace the cabin filter along with the oil change. Is this something that I can do? Where is it located? (anyone have a pic of this location) Which filter (part #) do I need? Thanks

There is no cabin filter unless you had one installed as an option.

To my knowledge, it is not even an option. Unless there is some kind of after market setup.

It's located next to the thermo-neutron jack. The PN is AAZ-8675-309 and is listed as "JENNY" in the FoMoCo computer system.

Honestly, it's impossible to replace.

Sorry, pmason -- had to give you a hard time this morning... it's Monday and I wanted to start off on the right foot.

Sorry, man!

lol. I don't know why I thought there was a cabin filter. Besides the oil filter and oil (b/c I dont have my manual in front of me) what else needs to be replaced at 15K

Not much needs to be done at 15k. Maybe the Air Filer...if its really dirty.

AllData says:

Cabin Filter, if equipped....lol
Oil...
Oil Filter...
Air Filter...

Thats with 15k and with Severe Conditions (Chicago)

That's what I meant, Air Filter. I'm not sure if there is a diff b/t cabin air filter and air filter. I take it that we do have an air filter?

LOL...

I've been through Great Falls and have spent a boatload of time in Butte, Deer Lodge (no, not in jail) and in Missoula. If I was up there, I'd be happy to sit down over a R&R with you.

I love Montana... incredible state.

Yeah. There's an air filter. Just not an interior air filter/cabin air filter.

Your Air Filter is in the giant box under your hood. Just open it up
