I bought the bulbs that RockPick bought for my father-in-laws truck. Their nice and a good price but they aren't as bright as the ones I have in my truck, Putco Premium Interior Lighting Kit. The Putco kit was almost triple the price though. Read back through this thread, it has the exact bulb numbers listed. Look for RP's posts. That's what I did.

This is what I got
2= pure white WLED-WHP. for the plate, Looks very good.

1= 42mm 4210-cWHP6. 6-led for dome, Verybright I like it. I would try a 9-led high power

4= wedge base WLED_CWHP6. for map lights I wish these were brighter, but the do match and look good. I got the led with circuit board for end. not sure if the others got this one. I did put the hp 1led from plate in map light and it was way brighter but color was off.

6= 2led 3022-CWHP2. 2 For puddle lamps I'm happy with them they are as bright as the factory bulbs but white. 4 for vanity, these are way to bright to see yourself in the mirror, but you can use them instead of the map lights. like IDNC76 pic

Over all I'm happy with it all. The color is all the same, a cleaner look for the truck.

If I've sorted 'em out correctly it looks like the winners are: (from the superbright.com folks)
Maps - WLED-xHP6
Dome - 4210-xWHP6 <-- there's room for an even wider chip, say 9 or 12 LEDs here
LP - WLED-xHP

Superbright doesn't list any specs like the V-LEDs guys do so it's kinda hard to compare since it seems like most guys here have used the superbright bulbs.

I used V-LEDs on my '99 and was very happy. Now I'm trying to decide if I can cross the bulbs size-wise close enough.

i just hope they all match , vanity , dome and reading lights lol
Bro,

All I'm finding at V-LEDs is "VANITY_W_5K" which is 29mm x 6mm. It'll probably work but if you found one that matched exactly I'd like to order the same so I don't have to worry about 'em coming loose somehow.

Can you give me a part/item number?

So far with a 20 LED dome, 4 2W maps and 2 "high power" LP bulbs I'm looking at $63 before s/h.

I'm a lucky guy though. After 17 years the wife doesn't even ask what or why I'm spending the money. Although she did start to get a little bitchy about the ammo stockpile...
