Well, I put my stock intake back on tonight and reprogrammed the truck back to stock. Now I'll see if it comes back on with the stock tune after driving it awhile. If it does I'll take it into the dealer and see if they'll cover it under warranty since my truck is still covered. If it doesn't come on then I'll know it's tune related.

I had mine changed at 110,000 miles and honestly the plugs looked fine. My gas mileage is the exact same with the new plugs as with the old as well...

6/8 broke on mine. The good news is they do have a good process to remove the broken plugs. It just costs ya ...

They would not cover it under warranty if I was just having a plug change.

Thanks! That's what I needed to know!

AS far as fuel quality, and carbon buildup is concerned, I didn't buy my truck new, and big name brand gas stations are a ways out of my way. I use Shell and Chevron gas whenever I can get it, and I use SeaFoam every 1K miles or so. Should that be enough to keep the plugs clean?
