This is my first time purchasing from them and I look forward to buying from them again

First, I bought my Scangauge II from them at a better price than anywhere else with the 10% off sale they are having until the end of the month, plus free shipping. When I received it I noticed I was having problem with the port on the back of it. When the cable was plugged into the back it would cut in and out when bumped, this wasn't a problem when using the side port. I called them and reported the problem I was having with it and within a few minutes after talking with them, I received an email for printing out a FedEx return shipping label I didn't have to spend a penny to ship it back

The person I was dealing with said they would ship out the replacement within a day of receiving mine

How many places still stand behind the products they sell like this today? Most everyone nowadays seem to have you eat the return shipping.
