is the lack of under the seat storage. I just came na k from looking at the 09 Ram quad cab, my last truck was a 07 Ram quad cab and it had plenty of storage under the back seat and just now looking at it again I really miss all that storage. Don't get me wrong I love my 08 Fx2 quad cab and with woofer unde the back seat no storeage. Any solutions or it is what it is ?

 

There are kits to lift the rear sit 3 inches. Creates TONS of space for storage or audio equipment.

 

what are you trying to store under there?

I've got my Sears Toolbox, flashlights, tow straps, hitch, and other misc crap under there with no issues

 

mine has a factory subwoofer under the rear seat and that's the long bech side short side has vary small space under it.

I don't have a subwoofer (yet) and there is enough room to store stuff under the rear seat. You kinda have to realize that if you put a subwoofer in then you don't have storage space there. duh.

If you need space, I'd get a toolbox.

 

also, i know your coming from a dodge but just so other people don't get riled up. you have an '08 FX2 SUPERCREW, quad cab is term dodge uses. But you should look into that lift kit, i plan on getting one soon, but it'll be so that i can fit some bigger subwoofers in it. also not to thread jack but msall i'm also VERY anxiously waiting for the new BMv2, i'm going to try and fit 3 of them under the seat if i can get the recommended space for it, if not i'm going with two. the SAE-1000D is a great amp, should go great with those subs. hopefully they'll be shipping them by x-mas

 

If you think this is bad in comparison to the new dodge, go look at a 92-96 ext cab ford.
