2004 F-150 Lariat with 27,000 miles on it. All the lights on the climate control are flashing on and off and the A/C won't turn on. What does that mean? Out of warranty. Like at 12,000 they replaced the whole unit under warranty because the lights wouldn't come on and and also the A/C wouldn't turn on.

 

The same thing happens to mine and it only happens when it is really wet outside, not sure if there is a leak and the electrical stuff is getting wet. I had my whole unit replaced as well and it just started doing it again. I have read about windshield leaks for these trucks, but not sure where to look, sorry.

 

I took the wood trim off and disconected all the wire then I just put everything back together and guess what? It works!
