Guess I am the odd man out because my trucks are littered with pro comp parts and I have had no issues with there tires, wheels, suspensions, or the 4wp that I bought it all from.

And just a FYI, Pro comp tires are made by cooper, the same company that makes **** Cepek and Mickey Thompson. As for pro comp suspension, they make there parts in house but there shocks come from the same company who makes the shocks for skyjacker, superlift and rancho. They are all just painted and stickered different.

Same crap, diffrent box.

Ive never had a problem with Pro Comp and I personally dont see a point in spending twice as much or more for just a different name as far as lift kit.

I have never had issues with my 4wp's. Granted I had the toyo problem....but they stood by me and helped me out with the warranty process for them. They were always there to help me out at any cost to them. Hell, they gave me a set of Bilsteins for 65 bucks!

I went to the Cleveland store and couldn't get anyone to even acknowledge me there. And there were about five employees and only two other folks in the store. Walked out and never went back.

I went in there one day and asked them about what kind of CAI they recommended and the guy wouldnt even give me a qoute for one, saying that the filter would just get dirty so i would want a drop in!

ok so i got the truck back from 4WP today... im going to have to say hats off to them. i was very upset with the situation but they took care of everything for free of charge. the truck was only there for a day. they really made up for their faults.

parts that were torn up and some they replace just to make me feel better about it added up to about $460 + labor. any ways i have no hard feelings they made up for it and i dont see why i wouldn't go back to them in the future.

every 4wp its different, these guys did the right thing by me!

Thanks for the truck compliment. I am also happy to hear your problem was solved! Thats how I got my Bilstiens for 60 bucks. They only charged me for labor on putting them in.

Ok, so adding to this thread is like beating a dead horse, but I too have never had an issue dealing with 4WP in San Jose and in Oakland. Granted, I never had ANY installation/repair work by them, but I've bought tons of stuff over the last 10 years or so. I also highly recommend going to their TruckFest (in the Bay Area it's at the San Mateo County Fairgrounds in Feb or March). The best deals are to be had there and I dealt directly w/ the vendor WheelPros for my current set of rims/tires. Plus they have tons of nice shiney and lifted rigs on display!

But whatever, glad to hear that your issue was resolved.

Good to see that they took care of you. I had great luck with my 4WP installing my gears.
