Question MPG on your lifted trucks?

Alrighty, I'm just curious what everyone out there is gettin on their MPG for lifted trucks. I do 99% of my driving in town city driving, stop and go, etc.. (35-40mph) and I get about 12mpg on average. Personally I don't think this is too bad considering I only put on about 6k miles a year.. but it still hurts when ya come from driving a 2006 Honda Civic.. (got about 35mpg).. I guess you have to pay to play..

2008 F-150 FX4 Blackout. 6" Procomp, AF1 3.5", Magnaflow true duals, 4.56 Yukon gears, 20" Procomp 7005 wheels, 35" Toyo MT, custom X3 VMPtuning, a few cans of black spray paint..?

Around 12 city. Just depends on how i drive. But with those gears, intake, and tuner you should be getting better than 12

Oh and if you read your owners manual, page 342, it clearly states that; resting your foot on the brake pedal while driving may reduce fuel economy
