Which Wheel Size (Width/Offset)
For all with aftermarket rims,
What size wheels (more specifically which width and offset) should I get to have the edge of the wheel lip (without tires) be exactly as wide as the farthest points of the wheel wells. I will need this information for both the front and rear, which should be different.
In other words, when standing next to the wheel wells the wheels should neither be recessed nor stick out.
2008 FX4
Stock fender flares (have not yet measured but should be minimal thickness, 1/4in)
