I am going to order the as rear block kit for the 2wd but it's only 1.5" and I need 2" so can I just add1/2 of metal to it? I was going to order 2" metal blocks from 4wheel parts but cant figure out what pin holes

why not buy the 3" block for the 4wd? the Autosprings auction lets you pick the 1.5" or 3"

I know it's an extra 1" more than you want...but it's alot safer than stacking blocks

Yeah, not very "stealth" with the title. I'm working on that one.

I wouldn't stack blocks either.

The OEM 4wd rear blocks are 2", of 1 3/4, not 100% sure, but you could get one of those with the 4wd U bolts & nuts & washers.

OEM blocks are 1 5/8" thick

Shocker...go http://www.autospringcorp.com

just shoot them an e-mail. Autosprings is a spring company in Idaho. I'm sure they can make you a 2" block like you want for the same price as the 3" block

or just get somebodies OEM 4x4 blocks...that seems the easiest way. then if it's not enough, get the 3" block. there is enough interest in this mod, that you can always sell either block you get if not happy with it
