the bank may use blue book but they use the loan value which is far far less than the going price in most cases. i was kinda shocked too see the spec list on that truck and no leather, but up here leather is cold in the winter. anyway i got offered 18500 for trade in on my xlt screw last week. you have a nice truck and im sure you can sell it for a good price, but its 4 yrs old already and the lifted truck aint for everyone, alot of folks just want a stocker i sold my last truck because of ebay and got what i wanted for it, not a bad place to put it, even if you dont sell it ALOT of people see it. i got calls from kansas and dakotas about my silvy when it was on ebay. it may be worth a shot just make the deal offline and cancel your auction when its sell, thanks ebay

My guess is around 14K. I just bought an 2006 scab with 17K miles from the dealer for $17.5K. Also, my local dealer has brand new f150 4x4's scabs for 20K for the STX and $23K for the XLT.
