Help with installing rear view mirror screen

I am attaching a rear view mirror screen over my stock mirror so I can use my back up camera. It acts as a regular mirror but the video appears when I put it in reverse. I am not sure how to run the wiring. I will have one cable to run from the mirror to my head unit. Does anyone have good info on how to do this so that its all hidden

should be able to push the wire up between the headliner then run it down the pillar again hiding it behind the plastic cover

Is that the unit from Best Buy? I've seen it there and wondered if it was worth a darn. Keep us posted on how it goes.
