The cops in Houston have these white Chargers with white police graphics and lights inside the headlights and taillights and inside the windows. They pull over on the side of the road all the time and use there damn laser so that you can't tell they aren't just a regular one until you are close even with a radar detector.

This one in the pic APPEARED to be a stock XLT chrome package that was dressed up after the factory in police trim. It seemed more like a "hey, lets get a truck to tow the horses," than an interceptor, perhaps for obvious reasons.

On the topic of stealth... Florida has it HANDS DOWN. In Orlando, 70+% of the rental fleet in Orlando seem to be grey, white, and black Dodge Chargers. So... what do the cops have? 100% unmarked grey, white, and black Dodge Chargers. You see one pulled to the side - it's a tourist with a map. Oops, correction... that's Smokey.

Longwood used to have a black Impala and a white F250 supercrew with a fiberglass tonneau. NO markings till they switched on the lights when you were going up 17-92 a little too fast south of Gen. Hutchinson Pkwy.

Yesterday on the way to work I was behind a gray Durango with a big LSU sticker on the back window. I noticed 2 small, white vertical LED's on either side of the license plate and started wondering. Everything was verified when he flipped a u-turn and lit up like Christmas.

An Orange County deputy I was talking to at a VirtualFord cookout was saying his company car was something like a SportTrac that was completely undetectible until he lit up. They even gave him a child seat to put in the back so he looks even more like a regular car.

It can't be one horsepower per horse... they'd be incredibly slow.

If it's supercharged by Roush or Saleen, then I'd say it's more than fast enough.

threads kind of old but cool that we have a police officer with a police f-150 on the site now. my town has a grand cherokee, some supercharged crown vics, a solid black supercharged tahoe, and some chargers.

-Sorry, but I would have to disagree and say that PSP has is down (PA State Police). They have officers that will laze you from tree stands/behind trees along I-76 then call a chase car 1-2 miles down the road. But Orlando guys are tricky too...
