Window sticker has been removed. it has Suffolk conty police sticker on driver front window.

im confused. How do you know its a stolen truck?

 

No lic plate (required by NY State to have BOTH front and rear lic plate) and inspect sticker/ register sticker has been removed..so its pretty obviously.

Its been parking front my home for 4 days.

so if someone parks a truck in front of your house its stolen? what if the guy had work done to the truck.. and got new bumper and replaced the windshield cuz it was in a head on collision?
