What's the old saying.....possesion is 5/8 of the law? Give it a few more days and then pull that thing into your driveway....then give it awhile and if noone claims it..it's all yours. Ok...not how things work but wouldn't that be nice??? Hopefully if it's someone who got their truck ripped, the authorities will be able to track it down for them.

Makes little sense... someone removes the inspection stickers from the windshield (now it's more obvious that the vehicle is not in compliance, rather then just leaving the expired one in place) yet it does not have any tags. I see no reason why a thief would remove the sticker if no tags.

More likely it's not stolen and the owner just does not have any insurance so he removed the tags.

If your PD does not do anything about a stolen vehicle... I'd hate to see the crime in your area.

Its more likely the owner didnt want it any more or it was taken off the used car lot.
