But he is right. Just because its not something you would do doesn't mean he should be belittled for making a change to his truck. I would never put them on mine but some people may like it. That company makes thme for a reason, they must sell, so some people obviously like them. Don't cut the man down for modding his truck. Atleast its not stock.

usually they are mounted on the extreme front edge and side of the bumpers. they let you know exactly where the fender/bumper is. This helps bigger vehicles in tight maneuvering spaces.

however, mounted where his are...don't see the need for them

People will always bash whatever it is you do... you gotta roll with the punches. I've been attacked before too for trying to show people a new product.

These are also "not my cup of tea"

But the reason for my post... how does your post help "those who might be interested." ???

It looks like a clean install... did you do it yourself? Did you have to drill holes or does it clamp on to the edge of the bumper???

I suggest you try to ignore the haters (its hard, I know) and add some more pics and some details of the install process. That way if anyone else does want to add bumper guides they will know how to do it. (although I'm sure after the above bashing they will probably won't post about it)

Who are you to come here and start bad mouthing people who didn't even say anything bad about your (here I'll say it) gay and pointless sticks on your bumper. Not one of those people above said anything negative... just saying they wouldn't do it to there truck.

And the only reason I'm negative about it is because you had to go and be a ****.

Yes unfortunately it seems a few people on here are not the sharpest pencil in the crowd. Surround yourself by dumb people and then you become dumb.

To me i don't like them, but if they make you happy great. The funny thing to me is everyone has asked what there for and why they are mounted inside the fender wells instead of the front of the bumpers, and he is yet to answer the question.
