what?????

How many miles since your last fuel filter change??? Perhaps on high RPM you can't get enough fuel to the engine because the fuel filter is clogged up.

If changing the fuel filter doesn't fix it, perhaps your fuel pump isn't giving enough pressure??? Can you find someone with a scanner that can read out fuel pressure? (I'm pretty sure its one of the possible gauges on my Edge)

my 05 was doing the same thing. it ended up being the fuel pump. i took it to ford under warranty and the tech did a ride along with a scanner and noticed the drop when it stumbled. problem solved.
