2005 question

2005 scab, 4.6 2x4

coming back from Tenn. yesterday, kept hearing 3 chimes right in a row, like the warning chimes, they were not real loud and no warning lights came up on the dash.

happened maybe 6-7 time in the 7 hour drive

any thoughts?

never happened before

Thanks

That would've happened way more than 7 times in that long of a drive. Mine goes off like every 2 mins or so when I don't have my seat belt off.

Was someone in the passenger seat moving around. My first 16 hr trip the wife kept on getting up to get something for the kids and that bell kept going off. I fixed that right away.

My girlfirend cannot sit still either, the passenger airbag light comes on and off but no more bell.

I think it was the wife moving around in the passenger seat, but we have taken this trip before and have not noticed the chimes.

But she was fussing with the dog in the back seat more on this trip.

Didn't get the chimes driving it yesterday by myself.

Time will tell.

Thanks

Im sure that was it, if she had her seat belt on and had to take it off to mess with the dogs that will cause your dinging.
