i had recently ordered my black headlights on the 19th but never recieved them. he had told me that he had shipped them out twice, even after i called fedex and they had told me they never recieved anything, this guy is very unprofessional and should even be on ebay. ive emailed him i dont know how many times and all i get back is "im sry will reship" "im sry i will ship" "im sry i will refund" those are the only three answered ive got back after so many essays ive wrote the guy! wow im so pissed off. now is the best time to order hella's black lights and not deal with the hassle.

 

Did he refund the money at least? Just order the Hellas or HDs and be done with it !! I was thinking about your other thread earlier. Another mod you could do would be a Recon LED 3rd Brake light. Go check it out !!

 

he hasnt refunded me yet, ether way im not gonna wait, when i go in to work tomorrow im going to do a dispute. good thing i work for my own bank.

 

did you pay with Paypal?

the second you have any issues with an eBay seller, notify them, and immediately file a dispute with Paypal. They then have 30 days to fix the issue or Paypal will fix the issue for them.

Sellers will blow you off as long as possible, but when they get that e-mail from Paypal, they all straighten up for some reason...dunno know why

i filed a dispute one time and paypal said that since there was no money in the sellers paypal account they couldn't refund it? it was about 6 months ago and it was only like $13 but still worries me that i will get screwed again

 

this is wierd. same thing is happening to me. same guy everything. I just wanted the ones with clear corners....

no luck with the phone calls, and emails take at least 2 days for him to reply. when i told him i was filing a dispute he told me fedex claims they never got it, then asked if i wanted a refund or to wait. im thinking ill take the refund and still file a dispute.

 

thats the same thing im doing.. this really pisses me off, this **** scams people for $140 each.. i can amagine how many people hes scammed. make sure u leave negative feedback asap.

the only reason i ordered from this guy was cuz he was the first power seller i saw. have you noticed that most of his feedbacks are new members.

 

after i started thinking i was getting screwed, I went through and looked at his negatives and neutrals and they are all the same problem we are having...

 

ok dispute has been made with my bank.

 

i just filed mine with paypal....this is exactly why im weary to buy on ebay..

 

That sucks, kind of the same thing I dealt with UGM.
