Is the theft light flashing real fast on the dash?

Sounds like your by pass module might be a little finicky? If I am reading this right. The fuses are an the code's brain there is a little panel you pull off to expose them. At least thats the way it is with my srt9000. I would try reprograming the by pass moduel. Does it work if you leave a key in the ignition and then try to remote start it?

Your using a actual bypass right?...not a key in the column.

When you put your new bypass it you programmed it with both keys right?

When you try to start the truck you are using the same remote every time?

If you have two good keys try reprogramming them.....but your keys should have nothing to do with the bypass starting the truck once it has been programmed after the first time.

Also are you using tach mode?
If yes, it could be a tach issues as it is trying to crank but not firing. (same problem I had)

BTW: This is why I tore my ca530 out and returned it to Travis after it would take five cranking attempts to start the truck and most of the times it would not start at all when it was cold out, but then if it was warm it would not say running longer for five seconds!! I got a ultra starter with "tach smart mode" and have not had one problem with it, also you get a blue LED on the antena in the window
