Who all has had their throttle body replaced from a warrenty issue?
What were you're problems and were they resolved by replacing the throttle body.
I already replaced the TPS and that did nothing for me.

Alot of times when I start it, it instantly goes into fail-safe mode. When that happens, I have to plug in my XCAL and clear the check engine light to even drive it.
I just leave it plugged in 24/7 now because I have to use it so many times every day.
Also, it stalls out at stoplights alot. By alot, I mean just about every other light I go through. When it stalls, I have to reset the trouble code or it won't run. I have carved a path home from work that is FAR out of my way, but its mostly filled with right turns so I don't have to fully stop in traffic. :@
Other times, it drives itself. Literally. It gives itself throttle. I can take my foot off the gas and it will almost maintain a constant speed on it's own (NO, it's not cruise control). When it's doing that, and I come to a stoplight/sign, it will surge with ever downshift.
I just leave it plugged in 24/7 now because I have to use it so many times every day.

I'm gonna change the throttle body and fuel pressure sensor. Those seem like "logical" choices at this point.

Mine was replaced under warranty.

Then one day when i was driving at a low speed, the RPM's revved to 6K then back to below 1K before it stalled. When i tried to restart it the engine light came on and this time stayed on.
Took it back and they replaced it. (I have the 4.6) old style was a 2 piece, the new style they put on was a 1 piece unit.

Sounds very similar to my symptoms.
The only codes Im getting are Failsafe codes. p204 p2106 p2111 and nother pops up sometimes too... p2135
The only codes I get are ones that tell me the obvious. "I know you are in failsafe mode you damn truck! You don't have to spit a code at me to tell me that!"

I had my TB replaced on my '04 FX4 5.4l, luckily under warranty. I had a very low idle about 600rpms(almost dying out), and every time I tried to do a 3 point turn away from my house it would die out, for instance when stopping and shifting into reverse, dead??
Running the edge evo with a volant intake was my problem. They just don't work together. After replacing TB I have been only using my intake until Bill gets done with my custom tune. According to Bill the custom tune will make my intake and programmer work together instead of causing problems like drone and running lean.

To me, it only seems logical that if it instanly goes into failsafe, it's either a fuel issue or a air control issue.
Maybe the fuel pressure is too low/high at start up and it trips it into failsafe or the thottle body isn't opening and it's flooding out of somthing.
Any other ideas?

The tune hasn't changed in over a year.
It's somthing electrical or mechanical that has failed.
I tried two different tuners and resorted back to the tune that came with my supercharger.

I get the same 4 codes every time. All 4 codes are basically the same thing.
I never stated I was gonna take it to a "tech". That's a waste of time.... and time=money.
When I reset the codes, it also resets the "service engine soon" light.... this way, I can actually drive it.
