If I had MY choice in 2006, I would have gotten a FlareSide with SuperCrew. Unfortunately they didn't even offer the FS with a SuperCrew. I see that they now offer the FS and SuperCrew package, ....BUT not in Lariat trim......

WTF?

My 05 SCAB was a style side. My 06 SCREW is a flareside. I like them both.

FX4 supercab flareside is the best looking truck out there IMO. Wish I would have held out on one. Although I do enjoy my big *** back seat

I like the styleside for two reasons, mainly that the bed is larger on the styleside and you loose some space with the flareside. I had a 98 flareside and tried to drop a pallet in it with a forklift, it wouldn't fit. It would fit on a styleside I'm sure.

The other reason is I prefer the look of the styleside, makes the truck "fill" out with a bigger bed.

I do love my flareside... and I have had a pallet in the bed with 50 bags of mulch on it.

There are some drawbacks to the FS with aftermarket stuff, and even different options with Ford stuff...but I like the look.

The flareside doesnt look too bad if you have some big meats stuffed under it....otherwise styleside all the way.

The older flaresides I didnt mind at all, but the new ones, well...they have yet to grow on me.
