billet badge suggestions

One of my summer projects is going to be custom billet badges, and I'm looking for suggestions. I'm a fireman, and my badge number is 137, so I'm thinking of changing F150 to F137, but what to put on the second shorter line (where is currently says 5.4l triton)? Some ideas I've had would be "Custom Edition" "Limited Edition" "1 of 796,039". That last one is based on the number of F-series sold in 2006, joking that it's a limited edition. Any suggestions, or any of my ideas sound good?

Hope you've got tomorrow off like me!

I agree. F-137 on top. Fire and Rescue on bottom. Or Blacksburg Fire Dept. Then get this decal on the back.

Save the old badges for when you sell the truck, doubt if the next owner would want that!

That's for sure - one reason why I don't want to make it stand out too much, that's why I was thinking "custom edition" or something like that. With gas prices still going up though, I think my 14 mpg F150 is going to be mine for life. The resale value is in the crapper.

The billetbadge.com guys will make anything you want as far as I know, as long as you have the money and the imagination

Firefighters are a proud, and a little bit crazy, group of people. I've got a tattoo on my left arm, a firefighter stepping through flames. My dad and brother both have served, but both quit after a few years. I'm the only one still going, 14 years and counting!

I have some custom billet badges
although they are a little pricey for most people, IMO they are worth it..I'm on my second set of badges on the same truck
sorry no close up photos but heres an idea of whay i got..

my last set of badges were the plain black matte finish with machined lettering!
2 reasons i changed badges..
1/ i was in an offroading accident and a pole met my fender resulting a dented fender and badges the badge was bent but didn't budge a millimeter!!!!
2nd reason, well after needing 1 new badge i upgraded all of them to glossy black and matching yellow text.
I now have tonka ovals front and back with OE style and size tonka badges on both front fenders and tailgate..
I can't say enough about billetbadges.com and how Steve was very patient and answered everyone of my questions, and produced my badges pretty fast.
visit their site i think I've seen a firemans insignia/crest on there????
and it will show what potential they have!!!
