Mine got here at about 7:15 tonight. Just put it on and it's perfect! My offer was accepted on the 18th, so that's only 4 days to my door. One of the fastest order-to-door times I've ever had on ebay.

Installation was pretty straighforward. One thing I can say is that some words, rather than just all illustrations and "action arrows" in the instructions would have been nice. It probably took me a little over an hour to do. However I didn't have a deep 10mm socket, which slowed me down a bit, and at first I was too easygoing with seperating the factory inset from the surround. I was scared of breaking the tabs on the surround. Snapping the Roush grille into the surround took some pretty hard squeezing, but at least I know the sucker is in there good! If I were to do another one I bet it would take less than a 1/2 hour.
I might take the emblem off. I can't decide, but I made a quick chop to compare.

I'm installing mine right now and I'm confused... It shows on the instructions that the Ford emblem should have (2) 10 mm nuts on the back that you loosen to release the emblem. Mine doesn't have these! All I have is some plastic tabs, so I broke those off. Still didn't come out... I'm starting to think it's glued in because there is some stuff that pretty much resembles dried glue all around the back of the emblem.. Anybody else run into this? Kind of disappointing because I really wanted to keep the emblem.
