Bed Liner Question

The guy that had the truck before me put on a liner. It was like a do it yourself thing. It looks like crap, what can i do to make it look better? I'm thinking i cant get it line-x'd or rhino lined because the business will be afraid of the outcome. Any ideas?

Sounds like one of the do-it-yerself Herculiner jobs...I honestly have no idea how to remove one of those either. You could ask Line-X or Rhino if they have some way to remove it...

i guess if you're really serious about it, you could have it sand/media blasted, but im not sure how well that it would work, or how many extra jobs you would have to get to pay for it.

depending on how it looks, and what the problem is, i know of two options.

-spray over it with a better liner
-take a wire wheel to it and re-spray it

i know a guy that does spray ons for a living and has done both.

Or if you are just trying to cover it up, just go get a drop in bed liner. Many spray on bed liner places will just give them away.
