Kenwood Headunit help
Anyone with a Kenwood DDX6019, feel free to chime in. I just picked one up at an open box deal, but it didn't have a remote. is there an easy way to change the screen angle without it? I've read through the instruction manual a couple times, but i have yet to be able to find it.
I've also been reading up about the emergency brake wire. in my old head unit, i just grounded the wire and it was fine. some people are going as far as grounding the wire through a switch so they can simulate the activation of the emergency brake and it can fool the computer. do i need to go that far, or can i just run it to a ground?

I do not advise this, but I met guy who said he has a friend who grounded the emergency brake wire on his Kenwood head unit and the unit would play DVD's while the vehicle was moving. "I have no idea if this is true or not. I wired my DNX 5120 the way it was supposed to be, to the emergency brake pedal".

Hypo he is correct. The z1 I have is a good example of this function. There are ways around it.

I just installed a Kenwood DNX 5120 in my F 150 six days ago! Need I say more? Please see my first post above. I am only talking about Kenwoods, I cannot comment on the Panasonics or other brands.
