If at worst all white. But try painting the mirrors first... With white or beige. Use the colors you already have. Otherwise, it will cost too much, and if you have money you can throw away like that, Ill take it off your hands NO PROBLEM!

Resell isn't really a big deal to me, I'll have this truck for atleast another five years. I have been looking at the thread where the guy put black Herculiner on the bottom of his truck and it looks great. What do ya'll think about that?

Don't be a d-bag poser. Seriously.

Have you looked into Line-X/Xtra? I'm looking into doing that with the black Xtra to get rid of my two-tone.

Hahaha ok maybe the sticker idea isn't so hot. Can you do the Xtra yourself or do you have to get a shop to do it? I like the Herculiner idea because its only 100 bucks and I can do it myself.

If you want a new sticker, get yourself a custom made one from a place like www.patriotdecals.com

As for the Line-X/Xtra, that needs to be done by the shop. Line-X needs to be sprayed on at ~130 degrees (if i recall correctly) so it will bond correctly and whatnot. The Xtra is then sprayed on top of the Line-X before it's cooled.

I don't know much about Herculiner, but my main concern would be weathering. You've seen pictures of old Rhino lining right? Line-X with Xtra is guaranteed not to fade or dull over time.

How much do you think the Line-X/Xtra would cost? And for the Herculiner you can touch it up with more herculiner to bring back the luster.

I talked to a guy who as used A TON of herculiner on his truck and he said to just paint over the Herculiner with spray paint and it will last forever. He also said to apply the Herculiner on a hot humid day because it cures with the humidity or something.

eh, I don't think I'd want to have to rely on spray paint as the primary tool to keep my truck looking good. It is a cheaper option though.

I'm being quoted around $400-$600 for the rocker panels w/ the Xtra. If I go that route, I'll also get the bumpers covered, which brings the quotes up to $900-$1000.

I'd rather pay to have it done once and not have to mess with it ever again. Especially since my truck is black and if the liner started to fade I think it'd look pretty bad.

I say keep it how it is. Definitely don't put the FX4 sticker on it if it's not an FX4.

That's like the people who put Cobra or SVT emblems on a Mustang GT - lame.

Lovethetide- I think I saw you down in Destin by the Bass Pro Shops over Spring Break I just forgot to mention it to you. Your truck looks great.

So far I think I'm still leaning towards the Herculiner and do it myself. I'm going for the tough offroad look and I think that will really help with it. Thanks for all the input so far guys! And no, I won't be putting an Fx4 sticker on it haha.
