mirror will be here tomorrow!!!! i am going to plug it in without installing everything to do a test to make sure all is good in the camera install. once i am done...i will post the few pics i do have and do a write up on everything that i can.....

Labman,

Do you know what video format the camera is in.....NTSC? In other words, can the video wires from the camera be connected to an RCA-style plug to fit most dash video systems like Kenwood, Pioneer, etc.?

Can you take some pictures of the wire harness as it goes from the tailgate to the body?

i will try. not much time right now to remove spare and take pics. all i did was, i bought a new 8 pin connector and the leads were long enough on it to tap into the main harness and i added the other end to the harness in the tailgate. i use the 2 extra pins for my tailgate lock.

on the main, i just peeled pack the tape wrapping it to reveal the wires so i could find the right colors and i just taped into them and then heavily retaped them back up to keep water out.
