I was pretty skeptical - I was starting to think that you may just be a shill for the dealership. Let's see - a 3 year old truck with mods, and a dealer goes to that extent to fix it FREE? Ain't gonna happen, period.

Then I decided to research your previous posts, and discover you just bought the truck USED less than 2 months ago. That now makes it a LOT more believable. A used vehicle is warranted as sold, that includes the mods.

Props to that dealer though, I doubt that there are too many of them out there who would be that professional and take care of it that well on the first visit.

Over the last 25 years, I've never had a bad experience with any Ford service department. They've always honored the warranty with no question and have often fixed stuff for free when the truck was well out of warranty. I have had terrible service from Chrysler/Jeep over the years. That's why there's been nothing but blue ovals in the driveway since 2005.
