Not 100% certain on that "no driving lights" provision... the code seems to read different than your statement.

My highlights... not more than four front facing lights (§ 547.302)... no more than two Aux lights which may be used with headlamps (§ 547.330)... provided the light does reach oncoming drivers eye height at 500 feet (§ 547.333), otherwise you have dim them. Ditto for fogs... limit of two (§ 547.328)... but they cannot project more then 4" above their center at 25 feet. Fogs may be used with lower lights at all times. (§ 547.328)

Well A buddy of mine came over and we spliced it into the high beam exactly how it showed, but I think what i am going to do is just splice it into the positive cable instead so that I will be able to use the hellas as well as the hids.

I will get a pic of them on tomorrow night. they are pretty damn bright and I am going to order another set and hook those up as well.
Thanks again for all the help guys I really appreciate it.

I have a set of hellas for sale if anyone is interested.
