Massive vibration from drivers seat!
Have any of you had this in your trucks?
On my way to work this morning I noticed a really loud popping sound and a major vibration coming from my drivers side seat. I also noticed that the was this really bad sulfur smell right after the sound and vibration, I do not have the seat warming kit but the seat did get very warm right in the center. Anyone have any ideas as to what this could have been?

HHHAAAAAAAAAAA! Can't stop laughi.... ok, ok, i'm better now, oh aaaaaaahhaaaaaa, nope, still laughing!!!!!!!!!! That poor truck!!! PHEEEUUUWWW haa haa haaa. I think I'm crying!!!! I love this forum!!!
I'd go back to the dealer and demand a nationwide recall! Obviously the seats are faulty as they do not have the odor absorbing capacity that they should! You'd think the price of these trucks they could at least make your farts not stink. I should have never got rid of my wifes Honda.
Actually I hear that the new Nissan Titan not only absorbs such bodily eminations, but through superior technology changes the malodorus funk into a smell more like roses, makes it tow better, increases fuel economy, and puts to shame all other makes.......

Well, I only have two suggestions...
1) If you're alone in the cab when you feel the vibrations and get the smell, enjoy... Only you can make 'em the way you like 'em...
2) If you have a passenger with you: notice on the panel with the window switches there is a window control lockout. This will prevent a passanger from venting his/her window, thus destroying your hard work, and exposing your special recipe to passers-by...

Update:
I have since taken my truck to the dealership to have them take a look at this. The Dealership call Ford directly and they sent over an Engineer who stated that under UV light he noticed Quote "Skid Marks". He then stated that this could cause upper respiratory arrest. This came as a complete shock to me I have never had this type of a problem before, so he made some recommendations to solve this problem.
1.) Invest in Beano
2.) Buy a thick Seat cover with a sound-dampening cushion.
3.) As a last resort buy a cork and insert where needed.
I will be going out tonight to try and find all of these items. Hopefully one of these recommendations will do the trick
