Third Brake Light replacement

I am trying to install an aftermarket, but it has a plug and my stock has three bulbs. Is there a harness that those lights goto, and how do I get to it?

Do you pull on the lighting wire to expose it, cause I stuck my fingers and there and just felt more wiring?

its kinda far in so just reach in farther and when u finally do feel it ,it has one of those plastic pressure screws that u will probably have to break off in order to pull the connector alittle bit out to get it disconnected

they can kiss my *** when they call it plug and play lol

Go into the truck and remove the headliner, or just pull it down some. The attachment you need is not one of the lights you are looking at but is further down the wiring you see.

How do I go about dropping headliner safely?

or you could just figure out what stock wires do reverse light, brake light, ect. and just splice into them

There are two plug like looking things on either side of the headliner near the rear glass. Don't worry about breaking them but just pull them out and then pull the headliner down. I did most of it just by feel then got the headliner all straight and put those plugs back in.
