You started with +2 over the axle. You now have +8 over the axle.

Leaf lift height is not an exact science, it all has to do with the life/use of your springs.

Might they have sent a 6" pack, 6+6=12 which could be your extra 2".

A thought

IDK, the packs have the right P# on them H69? and they measured 2" taller than the stockers that had a 2" aal?

Those leaves wont settle 2", there's no way.

I don't know...I've heard they'll settle a good bit. 2" is a lot, agreed, but they will settle. Didn't they tell you when you bought them it'd be a bit higher but it'll settle??

they will settle. when you first get them they are very stiff. i would ride around on them for a few days and they should settle down an inch or so. the manufacturer should have inlcuded a note about this

Ive got some pics of the leaves, but none of the truck. Not sure I could bring myself to post them at this point..

Let me tell you guys the story of why it took 4 MONTHS to get these damn things. I bought them from baja concepts at the end of december, they said deaver would have to build them, Ok no problem. a month passes and still no leave so I call and get a run around, I wait a while call some more get more run around. Then I call one day and they tell me lost in shipping? ok so get me more...come to find out 2 weeks ago baja concepts owed deaver money and didnt want to pay or some b/s so deaver held my order....case in point DONT buy from baja concepts...

The leaves came with no paper work at all. just two leaves with shipping labels and nothing else, no packing, nothing. I also figured they would settle, but to settle 2" seems a bit more than I expected?

Angry

Here are some quick pics I snagged after work today. Yes the truck is dirty, and yes it looks stupid!

So what do you guys suggest now? smaller blocks? Also how much should I expect them to settle, i know some said about an inch?

That looks like the rear is alot more than 2" higher, IMO. I would get a shorter block, maybe a 4"?

yep, try a 1-2" smaller block...but I'd let it sit as is for about a week or 2 to see if she settles out first

btw, I'm sorry, but your truck looks like the XxX2: State of the Union Truck
