Remanufactured Starter

Quick question:

A few months ago the starter in my truck went, so I took it to the dealer and they installed a remanufactured one under my 3/36,000 warranty.

Now today this one failed... but my truck is no longer under the 3/36,000. Is there a warranty on the remanufactured parts from Ford or am I out of luck?

Usually it's anywhere from 90 days to 1 year on reman parts. Call the dealers parts department and ask if they have a remanufactured starter for your truck, then ask what the warranty is.

Usually, it's 12 months/12,000 miles on parts and labor.
