Exhaust System 2008 FX4

All,

I have never bought a new exhaust system for a vehicle before. I was hoping you could take alook at this auction:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ford-...spagenameZWDVW

and tell me if this contains everything I need to install this Flowmaster Super 44.

I was thinking that I would jsut ake it to a muffler shop for isntallation, any ideas how much it might cost?

Also, what is the difference betweek dual exhaust and true dual exhaust? Which is this?

Thanks in advance.

I think you would be better going to a good exhaust shop, that why you can decide exactly what you want. It may be cheaper too, no shipping charge.

Dual exhaust is usually a single pipe coming from the cats into the S.I.D.O. muffler(Single In, Dual Out) and then dual pipes coming out of said muffler with dual tips.

True dual exhaust is exactly what it says, dual pipes all the way from the headers and cat, into their own S.I.S.O. mufflers(Single In, Single Out) and out to their own tips.

Hope that helps, some of the other guys might be able to explain better.
